The Zoom Fly 6 are my favorite running shoes, this is my 4th pair as I have worn out the prior 3 pairs. The cushioning is great and they are very comfortable to me, I typically run 5 miles on road or treadmill. I also use them for my daily 3 mile walks. This new glam color combination is fun twist for me as my other pairs were black. If you are looking for a nice springy feel from your shoes, I highly recommend these!

Use Zoom Fly for faster training runs, over the years models have changed. Zoom Fly 6 is comfortable, very responsive, with better grip in wetter conditions.
