I wear sneakers everyday and this is the most comfortable pair I have worn this year. Wore it for weightlifting and for running and the cushioning for running was great. Also looks great and are super light, definitely would recommend as an everyday gym sneaker.

The Nike Ava X Breathe has been one of my favorite go-to sneakers. The sleek and modern design gives me a bold and sporty aesthetic option to implement into my outfits. The upper is thin which allows for the shoe to be light and breathable. The upper is also soft and malleable which helps conform to my foot’s shape providing me a snug one-to-one true to size fit. The fuse layers helped provide support to the upper. I really enjoyed the cushlon 3.0 that was implemented into the midsole. It provided a comfortable and responsive feel whether I wore them for a 12 hour workshift, full day of running errands or on my daily morning runs. This is a sneaker for those who want to add a splash of style while maintaining all day comfort.
