This is my second pair of Zoom Fly 6, just love this shoes. I used them for long runs and races. Definitely recommend it, already got a couple of guys from my running club wearing them and they love them too.

Have been running in the zoom fly 5’as the last two years or so and needed a new pair after putting enough miles on the last ones. The 6’s are a nice upgrade. The tongue and lacing is fixed so I no longer have an issue cutting off blood flow to my foot when I lace up too tight. They also have a little less padding in the heel which works better for me as someone who is more of a forefoot / mid foot striker. If you’ve been a fan of the zoom fly in the past definitely grab this model. Like all Nikes I recommend a size larger than you might otherwise wear in other brands. (I’m more of an 11 but all my Nikes are 12’s)
