メンズの方で少しでも参考になれば嬉しいです！自分の足のサイズとしてはショックスのtl, r4では28センチがちょうど良いサイズでした。 こちらのショックスzでは29センチを購入し、幅は丁度良いのですが縦の長さが思った以上に長く踵にサイズ調整用の物を入れています（なくても普通に歩けます！） 正直、0.5サイズ小さくしてもいいかな、、って感じでした 見た目は凄くすごく良いです🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
