身長が164cmで身幅が53cm前後あって体型がガッチリしているので、Lサイズを購入しました。インナーとして着るには丁度いいサイズ感でした。薄いので真冬よりは春か秋に丁度いいと思います。あと個人的には袖が少し長かったくらいで後は全く問題ない素晴らしい商品でした。
