    I am a mid-distance runner, and these have done me very well, having a breakout season and providing me with tons of grip even without spikes in. My main events are the 400, 600, and 800m so even with these being recommended for shorter distances like the 200 and 400m, I would still say that for some of the more mid-distance runners, these are still an excellent option. One thing I will say is I went up a half size, and these fit and feel great.
