走りやすいです。足の甲の横幅が広いが、そういう人用に作られているのかまぁまぁゆとりありました。ランニング用なので紐をギュン締めすればゆとりも問題ないです。AF1と同じサイズで買えば大丈夫です。参考までに。AF1:29センチ。AJ1:30センチ。ペガサス:29.5センチ(29センチで買えばドンピシャだった)
