excellent purchase. sized 1/2 up for a perfect fit. clean look can wear to office. wanted another option to running shoes to wear with Jack Archer pants. Will order again!

Metcon has been my evr shoe for the last 10 years, not just gym. (then again, i go to the gym everyday). I went to work with Metcon, I went to clubs with Metcon, I went travelling with Metcon... etc. Metcon has been fantastic, great arch support, heel support, stable AND stylish, especially if you go 'by-you'. I thank Nike for making such great shoe for so many years! However, Metcon isn't the metcon anymore. It was way too soft, really weak support in everyway and my feet/ankle started screaming right away. It has become a different shoe. (Having said that Metcon 10 looks great). Thank you for the last 10 years Nike, but I now have to move on.
