If you have wide feet then I would recommend to size up .5, I’m usually an 8 but they fit a bit tight, overall I love the shoes

We laser-siped the outsole for better flexibility, whether you're jumping, planking or powering through plyometrics. We also rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility and quickness when making sudden movements.

The more supportive the shoe, the more stability it can give to your stance. A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step. We added more foam in the heel for improved stability when digging deep for another rep.

Love these shoes for weight lifting days. This is my second pair that I own and I absolutely love. So comfortable. They do run small, so size up half a size. I wear 6.5 and got a 7 and it’s perfect! Can’t go wrong with Metcons. Best money spent.
