I have two old pairs of running shoes and a workout shoes from Nike. The workout shoes I use are more flexible and lighter than this Free Metcon SE. I found Metcon SE shoes stable and strong like the Saucony pair I have. I was confused regarding the size as some of the reviews said that these run smaller. Sizing up risks slipping during workouts as I had an ankle sprain before. However, I ordered my usual size (W10) and they fit perfectly in the toe box. I wore them with thick socks and they stretched a bit to accommodate it. I haven't worn it for long training sessions yet. I am not a great a fan of the sewn in tongue style because Nike designs have long tongues which stay high up on the bridge. If you like it a tiny bit loose, size up by .5.

Finally a shoe that is TTS! I am so tired of order whole sizes that don't fit and 1/2 sizes that are not. These are true to size and cradle and support my foot perfectly. Love the support and cushion. Please do keep making these and don't change the lasts.
