Nike Flex Runner 4

These Flex Runner 4s have been a great choice for my nephew. He’s always on the move and these shoes definitely keep up, whether he’s running, jumping, and climbing. I really like the triple black colorway because they always look clean, even after a full day of play. They are also very easy to hand wash or spot clean when needed. They are incredibly lightweight and breathable. His feet don’t get that stinky, even after hours of running around, which is a big plus. The pull-on design makes getting ready super quick. No laces to deal with, just slide them on and go. The flexible sole helps him move naturally, and the cushioning gives great support without adding any bulk. The only thing I would change is the midfoot strap. It works well for keeping the shoes secure, but I wish it had stretchier elastic. My nephew has wide feet, and a little more flexibility in that strap would make putting them on much easier. Overall, these are excellent shoes for active kids. They are stylish, durable, and easy to maintain. With just a small improvement to the strap, they would be perfect.

The looks are pretty simple, so if you are looking for an eye catching shoe this is probably not what you are wanting. This shoe will be great for PE school days, trips to the park, and pretty much any other kid pastime. The shoes fit snug so you definitely do not want to consider sizing down. Stretchy straps make putting on the shoes quick and easy, while still providing a secure fit on your child’s foot. My child is typically rough on shoes and so far they have held up great. A good option for busy moms and active kids!
