175cm, 68kgでXLサイズを購入しました。（ナイキのサイズチャートだとMが適正範囲）着用モデルのようにぴっちり着るのではなく、身幅に少し余裕ができゆったりとした感じで着るのにちょうど良かったです。人によっては脇あたりが大きく開く感じになるので気になるかと思いますが、私は許容範囲でした。夏の時期にストレスなく、上半身を動かせるのでもっと早く購入すればよかったと思いました。
