How does Nike select who receives an offer?
We send offers to Members based on their interests, previous purchases, and activity in the Nike App.

If I receive an offer, am I guaranteed the option to purchase the shoes?
Each offer is open for a short time and quantities can be limited, so be quick. If you want a hand with your purchase, contact us—we’re here to help.

How long do I have to buy or reserve the shoes?
The expiration date and time are included in each offer.

Can I buy more than one pair of shoes per offer?
Each Member can buy one pair per offer.

Is my offer size-specific?
Some, but not all, offers will be reserved in your size, so be sure to check the details before you complete your order. And don’t forget to save your shoe size in the Nike App settings.

What if my offer is for the wrong size shoe?
No need to stress, contact us. We’ll do our best to get the shoe in your size. And if we can’t, we’ll work with you to find something you might love even more.

Why did I receive an “unavailable” message?
That means all shoes have been purchased or are temporarily held in other shopping bags. Keep checking. Other Members may not complete their purchases, and your size may be available again.
