Once we receive your return items, we’ll inspect and process your return and initiate a refund in seven business days, though occasionally it might take a little longer. We’ll send you an email once the return process is complete.
Returns will be issued to your original form of payment, and how quickly you receive your refund depends on your payment method:
- If you paid with a credit, debit, or prepaid card, fund availability is determined by the policies of the bank or financial institution issuing your card. Please contact the issuer for specific information about fund availability.
- If you paid with cash on delivery or paid for your order at a convenience store, refunds will be issued via a bank transfer. To receive your refund, simply call us to confirm your account information after you receive your return confirmation email (we cannot accept financial institution information through email). Note that you won't need to call us if you completed the bank details section on your Return Form. Funds are typically available within six business days after account confirmation.
- If you paid with a gift card, funds typically appear on the gift card within 24 hours after we process the refund.
