How Do I Reset My Nike Member Password?

Remembering all your passwords can be quite overwhelming. If you can't remember your Nike Member password, we made it easy to reset it. Follow the steps below to create a new password.

Nike Apps
  1. Open your favorite Nike app.
  2. Tap "Sign In."
  3. Enter the email address connected to your Nike Member profile and tap or click "Continue."
  4. Tap "Forgot Password?"
  5. We’ll email you a one-time verification code—use the code to reset your password.
Nike.com
  1. On mobile devices, tap the menu in the upper right corner. Scroll down and tap "Sign In." On a computer, click "Sign In" in the upper right corner.
  2. Enter the email address connected to your Nike Member profile and tap or click "Continue."
  3. Tap or click "Forgot Password?"

Follow these troubleshooting steps if you're having trouble signing in to you Member profile.

Mobile and Desktop

  • Clear browser cache.
  • Try to sign in from a different browser.
  • Restart your device.
  • Update the browser to the latest version.
  • Ensure your device’s operating system is up to date.
  • If on mobile, turn off WiFi and try to sign in.

Nike Apps

  • Turn off WiFi and try to sign in.
  • Uninstall the app, restart your device, and re-install the app.

I didn’t get the email with my access code—what should I do?

If you don't see the email, check your email folders (spam, junk, trash, etc.). Still not seeing it? add "nike@notifications.nike.com" to your contacts and the use the steps above to get a new access code.

Why can’t I use my social media credentials to sign in to my Member profile?

Social media logins are no longer supported on Nike.com or in any Nike apps.

What are the password requirements?

Your password must meet these requirements:

  • Contain at least 8 characters
  • Include 1 capital letter
  • Include 1 lowercase letter
  • Include 1 number
