一度メンズの26cmを買いましたが、履いて走ってみたら、横が思ったより緩んでしまうので、別途26cmのレディースを購入。クッションが強いので、カーボンの硬ささほと気になりませんでした。 初心者でも10kmまででしたら、レースに履いても足への負担はあまりないような気がします。 インソールが張り付いて交換できないという口コミを拝見しましたが、洗濯のに、まだ乾ききっていない状態でしたら、すんなりインソールを外すことができました。

I used the Nike Zoom Fly 6 for my first ever 5k race. I weight 168 and i felt like I was running on air. They are very much comfortable and would use these as my 10k running shoes again. Can’t wait to get the red ones. I was complimented so much with the hot pink
