This shoe is comfortable and fits true to size. I definitely recommend this shoe for people with lower back and hip pain. It has helped make my walking more comfortable.
Not for road running

I have been running on Pegasus for years. The models through number 41 were durable. This model barely lasted three weeks before the cushion gave out so much it was hurting my joints on longer runs. After barely a month of running about 25 mi/week, I need to replace them. If you run on the road, I do not recommend the Pegasus 42.
