室内用で使用して、つま先部分が広がっており、快適でした！ 滑りにくさもあるので、下半身トレーニングでも安定感抜群で愛用しています！ 中敷をメトコン5の前足部が柔らかいものに変えて使用すればより快適で使い勝手が良いです！
