足幅4Eですが、小指が痛くなることはなく、1日中履いても疲れなかったですが、フットカバーソックスを履くと、足の甲が革の部分に当たったからか赤くなり痒くなりました（むくみのせいかもしれません）。 通常24cmですが、24.5cmを購入。私はこのサイズで正解でした。
