普段は、25センチを履いているのですが、 足を入れる時は、少しきついかもです。 幅、サイズも若干ゆとりがあり、 25センチでいけました。 ゆったり履きたいなら、ハーフサイズ あげてもいいと思います。

店舗にて試し履きしたが24.0は締め付け感が感じられた為、普段よりもワンサイズ上げて24.5を購入した。私は甲高、3Eなのでこのサイズがピッタリだったが幅広でなければ0.5下げても良いかと思う。
