普段NIKEは28cm を履いています。 (jordan1 AF1 moc)他のコメントで大きめなので0.5下げた方がいいとコメントありましたが、私は普段の28cm で良かったです。 脱げる事もなく快適です。万一大きいと感じる方は、靴下で調整できるレベルだとおもいます。甲高の方はサイズダウンオススメしません。参考になれば。
