We believe in a level playing field that is safe and secure for everybody, which is why we ask you to verify your mobile phone number in order to be eligible for SNKRS releases, draws, passes and other events.
When you download the SNKRS App and first sign in, you will be prompted to verify your phone number. If your number ever changes, you can also easily verify it in SNKRS, in the Nike App or on Nike.com at any time. You'll find the steps to verify below, based on which platform you choose.
Just one more thing—each phone number can be linked to only one Nike Member profile.

You'll need to verify your email address when creating a Nike Member profile. We'll email you a one-time 8-digit verification code.
Additionally, we may ask you to verify your email address after creating your profile, especially when you sign in to any Nike platform above from an unrecognised device.
If you can't see the one-time code in your inbox, check your other folders (e.g. spam, junk and deleted). You should also enable emails from nike@notifications.nike.com. If you still have issues, your email provider or mobile provider may not support verification emails. Be sure to check with your provider.
