  So much to like about these (I got the "elephant panda" colorway) but there's a couple flaws so major the best I can give is 3 stars. Most importantly it's the tounge! What was Nike/Jordan brand thinking? The tongues stick up nearly 2 inches past the top of the highest part of the rest of the shoe! This otherwise 5 star shoe is a 3 star shoe based on that alone!!! I don't like sending things back so I'm going to keep them, but all I can think about when wearing them is taking them to a shoemaker and having them unstitch the tounge, cut the bottom down an inch, and stitching it back on. Also let's be serious, these aren't mids. The Dunk Mid profile is a true mid. J1 mids should be closer to those. These are pretty much the same profile as Dunk highs.. Come to think of it maybe that's why the tounge seems like they don't belong on this show?!?!?!?!??? Maybe they're using Jordan 1 high tounges on the mids? :)
