普段使い用に購入しました。しっかりフィットすると言うレビューもありましたので半サイズ大きくしましたが、まったく問題ありませんでした。 トレーニング用ならジャストフィットが良く、普段使いには半サイズアップ位が丁度良いかもしれませんね。 フィット感も良く、重宝しています。
Best Metcons in my opinion

Love these! I like these a little better than the Metcon 6. It still gives you enough support at the heel and are wide for a more natural feel but arent as bulky looking as the Metcon 6. Great shoes for strength training.
