Size up if you like oversized fits. I tend to prefer oversized fits. I think all the T90 merch is slim fitted. I got the Barca jersey and this jacket. I though the jacket would be oversized given its 2000s era, but it was not. It was extremely fitted. I compared it to other brands with size M and you could tell. So if you prefer having space in the jacket, size up. If you like em fitted, go true to size. To compare, I like jackets that are 22-24 inches pit to pit. I am 5'8 and a bit bulky
