半日歩くとやはり足の裏が痛くなります。インソールをかえるべきかなやみところ
0.5サイズアップを購入しましたが、1cmでもいいかもしれません。慣れてくれば0.5でも大丈夫かも

横幅、甲の部分がややキツメ。緩く履きたい甲高幅広なら1センチアップしたほうがよいでしょう。
