空気がビュービュー入ってきて涼しいです！
着て走ってみたら服の中に風がめっちゃ入り込んできて、すごく涼しかったです！まるで空調服を着ているような感覚でした。
タンクやTシャツも出るみたいですが、夏の暑さ対策なら濡れて多少は重くなりますが、確実に長袖タイプの一択です！
着丈は確かに短いですが、走ることだけを考えれば、これが正解かも。177cm、68kgでLサイズです。
タイトに着ると風通しが悪いかもしれません。だからたぶん帽子はあまり効果ない気がする....。
