Nike Pegasus Premium

I bought the Nike Pegasus Premium expecting top-tier durability given the steep price tag, but I am incredibly disappointed. After barely 3 months of light, infrequent wear, the shoe completely spoiled. The upper material has ripped and separated entirely from the collar line, exposing the inner foam padding. What makes it worse is Nike's awful customer service. I sent these in for a Nike warranty claim, completely expecting them to replace a clearly defective product. Instead, Nike rejected my claim, brushing it off as "normal wear and tear". There is absolutely nothing normal about an expensive pair of sneakers falling apart this fast under gentle use. They clearly used cheap glues and flimsy stitching for this model. Save your hard-earned money and buy from a brand that actually stands behind its manufacturing quality. I strongly do not recommend.

After less than 2 months of wearing this product for normal, non recreational use, the shoes have experienced a severe material failure. Specifically, the paint at the two sides of the toe box began peeling on both shoes. After only having the shoes for just over a month of ownership and only wearing these shoes a hand full of times I demeaned that this is not standard wear and tear; it is a clear the material and workmanship flaw that falls under Nike’s product warranty.
