We give you 30 days to return unworn and unwashed Nike.com and Nike App purchases.

Please note, if you purchased Nike items at another retailer, you'll need to return the purchase to that retailer.
You can start a return online. For additional details, please see our returns instructions. Remember, we'll cover the return delivery costs for Nike Members.
Note that Nike orders cannot be returned to a Nike store.
The best way to exchange an order is to simply return the item you already have and place a new order for the item you want.
Purchases made at a Nike retail store must be returned to the store. Please note that our store returns policies may vary—please contact the store directly if you have questions about their policies.
If you're unable to return your purchase to the store, contact us.
If your item is potentially defective or faulty and it's been less than 30 days since your Nike purchase, simply return the item. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, please see our warranty information for additional details.
If you have a Nike X LEGO brick set with missing or damaged parts, you can request replacement pieces directly from the LEGO website.
