Nike Metcon 10

Power your cross-training potential with the Metcon 10. It optimises stability for your heavier lifts with an ultra-strong Hyperlift plate and levels up mobility with responsive ReactX foam. With increased energy return and a lighter weight than the previous iteration, the Metcon 10 helps you conquer any movement your workout demands.

Stable for Your Strength

An ultra-strong Hyperlift plate under your heel (where you need it most) optimises stability for heavy lifts—like squats, dead lifts and cleans—without compromising the ride. A wider toe box compared with the Metcon 9 lets your toes extend outwards and helps you optimise your power through your whole foot.

More Mobility

The midsole is made of ReactX foam, the most innovative foam in Metcon history. It combines with flex grooves on the outsole to give you responsive cushioning when doing high-intensity exercises like box jumps and quick sprints.

Grip and Grit

A tough, sticky texture strategically placed on the midfoot and toe—high wear-and-tear areas—delivers game-changing grip and durability. A new traction pattern provides a flat, sticky surface for lifting on even the sweatiest of surfaces.

Lock in

The midfoot band helps secure your foot onto the footbed when you pull on the laces. Combined with a sturdy heel cup and lace tuck, it allows you to focus on your form and not shifting or slipping.

More benefits

  • The open-holed engineered mesh provides breathability.
  • The midsole rubber wrap is more tuned, lighter and less bulky than the Metcon 9.
  • The tough plastic heel clip provides durability for Handstand Push-Ups.

  • Great Comfort and Fit, but Poor Seam Quality

    Tejashwini8f7c3cb682fb4663a3007de2af310bfc

The shoe fits true to size and is comfortable to wear, with a good, secure hold. However, the seams on the side of the shoe started coming apart, which is disappointing and affects the overall durability and quality. The fit and comfort are great, but the stitching/seam quality needs improvement.

  • Coming apart after 5 months

    LindseyN390059792

I really wanted to love these shoes. I bought them March 26, and just 5 months later, by August 31, I noticed the upper/outer layer was already tearing and separating at the toe crease/bottom of the lace eyelets on both shoes. My patients complimented these shoes constantly and how cute they were, but for wearing them only for walking for 5 months… they shouldn’t already be coming apart. Aside from that, okay for everyday wear. Very flat, people with high arches may need increased support. I WILL SAY: This is the first time I’ve had any problem with a Nike shoe—I’ve bought dozens over the last 8 years without a problem. I think it’s just a problem with this particular style.

  • Great stable shoe for weightlifting

They fit well, are comfortable and fit for purpose as a lifting shoe to use at the gym. I wont use as running shoe as the shoe is stiff and designed to provide stability to lift weights.
