The Nike Metcon 10s are a great addition for your gym workout. They feel solid and stable when lifting while being lightweight and breathable. I like the little addition of the hidden lace lock system on the tongue that hides your laces and keeps them in place. Overall, these are a great all around gym shoe for most workouts. I will be wearing these daily in the gym.

Weightlifting has become a lot more enjoyable since I started wearing the Nike Metcon 10 Workout shoes. First and foremost, the Nike Metcon 10s feel great to wear - they’re surprisingly lightweight yet sturdy enough to support intense workouts. The thick heel, wide toe, and grip pattern on the flat sole provide a great amount of stability for stationary exercises, while the foam midsole provides a soft landing. The tongue has a place to tuck the laces, which is a nice feature that should be the industry standard. The Metcon 10s are reinforced on the sides and inner toe of each shoe for extra durability; the striped patterns highlight the reinforced areas and provide a sleek design that will definitely draw attention. The flat soles hint that they’re primarily designed for stationary workouts (especially weightlifting) and may not be the best option for daily activities. Also, they run slightly small, so you may want to consider sizing up by half. Still, I highly recommend the Nike Metcon 10s for anyone who’s serious about their workouts and don’t mind a little style on top.

Come on Nike give us some better colour options not these mismatch 3 way colour tones, the trainers look amazing yet the colour ways completely let them down they look like they belong in a festival not a serious gym. Can't I just have one colour like Grey or better still customize my own please ?
