These are a great option if you like a modern, shorter cut but want a heavier fabric than your gym shorts. The construction is great and they’re a great go to that seem like they’ll hold up long enough to be a wardrobe staple.

The Jordan Essentials Statement Chicago Men's Shorts feel like an elevated everyday staple. They seem to be high quality and look expensive. I especially like the angular pocket design, which keeps the shorts from looking like typical cargo shorts. The shorts are meant to be oversized, but the fabric is very stiff with no stretch, so if you have a larger butt, thighs, or are in between sizes you might want to consider the larger size. The fabric feels like canvas and that is one thing I would change. I think this style of shorts is really nice, but a more comfortable fabric would make these five stars for me. Overall, the details in the shorts really make them feel high quality and like you could dress them up for a day time event or dress them down to hang out more casually. If don’t mind a stiffer fabric and are looking for quality, elevated shorts, then I would recommend this pair.

The material on these feel super durable. I am usually a medium in men’s shorts but these felt a little snug in the waist when sitting down. The length is great.
