履き心地からすればリカバリーより普段履きが1番 身長も盛れるし近未来感もある ランニングシューズに関しては初心者や中級者はオススメしません。バランス感がフワフワしすぎて踏ん張れる方以外使えません。このシューズの良い所は不安定だけど疲れにくい所だと思いました。軽いランニングや山や公園やコンクリートやレジャーに使いましたが満足しました。

Very soft and full of cushion but the squeaking the shoes make even just walking is not desirable.

These are the cushiest shoes I have ever owned. Great if you have to stand on hard concrete style floors for hours. Lots of bounce! I don't recommend running in them though, your foot feels like its floating and there is so much cushion, that when running and made a cut to change direction, you feel the cush and lack of support which could lead to rolling your ankle. Even says on the shoe that it is not approved by world athletics. But overall for walking and standing, I love them and will buy more.
