HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER TO A NIKE STORE?

You can return items purchased on Nike platforms at select Nike stores within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused. As with any Nike return, the items also must be in their original box or packaging with any hangtags and labels still attached.

The first step is to find an eligible nearby Nike store. Then bring us your items along with the following:

  • The email address or phone number provided when you placed the order.
  • The order barcode (you can find it at nike.com/orders or from the Orders tab in the Nike App) or your order number.

If you paid for your order with a credit card, you’ll need to provide the same credit card to receive your refund.

Exceptions and additional information:

  • The following stores do not accept returns of online orders: Nike Factory Store Sapporo Kitahiroshima, Nike Factory Store Sendaiko, Nike Factory Store Kisarazu, Nike Factory Store Makuhari, Nike Shibuya, Nike Divercity Tokyo, Nike Tachikawa, Nike Unite Iruma, Nike Cocoon City, Nike Unite Yokohama, Nike LaLaport Yokohama, Nike Factory Store Minamiosawa, Nike Nagoya Sakae, Nike Mozo Wonder City, Nike Unite Ryuo, Nike Unite Nagashima, Nike Kyoto, Nike Shinsaibashi, Nike Kobe Motomachi, Nike Unite Kobe, Nike Factory Store Kurashiki, and Nike Fukuoka Tenjin.   • Nike By You items purchased online cannot be returned in Nike stores.
  • Our return policy and exceptions also apply to items returned in Nike stores.
  • Items cannot be exchanged at Nike stores.
