These are a joy to wear, I love the comfort of the ReactX foam insole and the ATC outsole for grip on various terrain, I was already a big fan of the Wildhorse 8 and this a significant improvement to an already great shoe. Also, love the colorway.

NOT FOR ROCKY TRAILS

Comfortable, but not for rocky trails. These shoes are incredibly comfortable for daily walks, light jogs on pavement, and as all-day trainers or airport walkers. The fit feels great and they seem durable. But on rocky or technical trails, the lateral stability isn’t there — I rolled my ankle multiple times on one run in the desert trails where I’ve had no issues in other trail shoes like the Kiger 8 or 9. Fantastic for softer dirt, grass, or partial road, but I wouldn’t recommend them for unstable terrain or rocks.

Op harde ondergrond en op lichte gravel is de schoen fantastisch. Erg comfortabel, dempt perfect, licht, alles. Op echte trails met ongelijke ondergrond, keien, wortels enz. voelt de schoen erg onstabiel door de bijzonder hoge en dikke zolen. Ik ben voortdurend bang om mijn voeten om te slaan. Dit voelt zeker niet stabiel en geeft absoluut geen vertrouwen. Dus perfect voor wie op straat of lichtjes over wandelpaadjes rent en zeker af te raden voor wie het (zelfs ietwat) ruigere werk opzoekt.
