Returns policy exceptions
- Unused Nike gift cards can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase—please contact us with your gift card number.
- Apple Watch accessories must be returned within 14 days of an online order delivery or a store purchase (receipt required).
- SNKRS Reserve orders must be returned within 14 days of an online order delivery.
- Nike x LEGO® brick sets must be sealed and unopened to return them.
- Gift bags cannot be returned.
- Custom Nike By You and Jersey By You orders cannot be returned.
- As stated on your receipt, items purchased at Nike Clearance stores are not eligible for price adjustments and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or faulty or they are purchased in Israel or Spain (please note that returns policy timeframes may vary by store location).
