From 23 April 2026, Nike By You items will not be available to order online. Until then, you can still customise Nike items with Nike By You– just make sure you place your order by 23:59 ET on 22 April 2026.
In the early morning hours of 29 April, you won't be able to place an order on Nike.com, in the Nike App or on SNKRS online. After our brief timeout, any items in your bag, saved favourites, saved delivery addresses and saved payment information will be cleared.
To continue to offer the best of Nike through Nike.com, the Nike App and SNKRS online, we'll be making some upgrades:
We're updating our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy as part of these upgrades. When we relaunch the Nike experiences, Nike Canada Corp. will be responsible for your purchases, and you'll be able to review these updated terms on our website.
