En soit ces chaussures sont agréables et j'aime bien pratiquer l'haltérophilie avec. Par contre les deux scratch se sont décousus en moins d'un mois... C est arrivé également a un partenaire d'entraînement, ce n' est pas normal pour une marque comme nike.

Improved my squat depth and stability feels like your feet are cemented to the ground. The half size up recommendation by Nike was perfect. I have wide feet and usually wear a US 9.5 men’s and the a size 10.0 in these were on point.

I ordered half a size up as directed, yet sadly they still were too small. I’ve since ordered a full size up and it’s a much more comfortable fit. The half size up squeezed my toes too much. I would definitely recommend a full size up.
