Definitely worth $220 I love Nike a lot. They really did good with these shoes. I will no longer have to put 25 lb plates underneath my feet to do back squats / split squats. You get what you pay for with this shoe. I love the design and how sturdy they are. These are definitely the best lifting shoe out right now. They have a higher elevated heel than Reeboks that’s always a plus. I will be enjoying these for years to come. Thank you Nike ☑️❤️

Love these shoes, they give me more power on some of my sets and improve stability in my feet.

The shoes made a huge difference in my squat. I feel very stable and am able to hit depth with ease. I saw other reviews suggesting to but 1/2 size larger. I had to purchase 2 sizes larger. I wish they had more options for the width. My toes are a bit squished and it is bearable for an hour.
