We updated the midsole with lightweight ReactX foam to increase energy return. It is combined with flex grooves on the outsole to give you flexible, responsive cushioning when doing high-intensity exercises like Box Jumps and quick sprints.

Very pleased!

It's my first Nike pair on a while, they are really comfortable and feel tight and supportive on my feet. Walked on them the whole weekend and have no complaints.
