We purchased a mens size XS, to be honest, I had not been aware that was common to have that size. The hoodie was a perfect fit for my 16 yo nephew who is usually a size 16 kids, but is now bigger in the chest. The main thing i noticed between a boys 16 and mens XS hoodie was the chest diameter. There was a bit more length, but it was a perfect solution as the kids hoodies are too tight now.
