Nike 24.7 ImpossiblySoft Light

My first impression of this tank was super high. Nike definitely got the "ImpossiblySoft Light" part right. The fabric is ridiculously soft, lightweight, and feels cool against my skin the second I put it on. Design wise, the beige color is a versatile neutral and the simplistic look makes the tank easy to pair with any pair of leggings or shorts. When it comes to the fit, it runs a bit large. It hangs quite loose, the arm holes are wide, and it wasn't very flattering on my body shape. If you're looking for something that fits closer or gives a cleaner silhouette, you'll definitely want to size down. I was disappointed in the performance. The tank completely failed at the Dri-FIT portion. As soon as I started sweating, it soaked up the moisture and I felt like my shirt was instantly drenched and clinging to me, which completely ruins it as a workout top. What I liked most was the initial feel and lightness of the material; it’s so comfortable just hanging around. What I would change is fixing the moisture-wicking technology so it performance better during a sweat session, and tailoring the cut so it doesn't run so oversized. Overall, I think it's worth a purchase.

SOO SOOO SOOOOOOO GOOD. This 24.7 line is across the board good. It’s soft, perfect cut, chic, all the things. This is best for athleisure not for performance. It doesn’t wear as well with sweating and absorption or drying, but that does not take away from the shirt just not what it is best for. In a world where crop tops are getting shorter, this is the perfect cut- appropriate for all ages and bodies. Buying in all colors and variations!! You won’t be disappointed!

Ok so let me start off by saying that I kind of didn't expect to love this shirt so much. I first got it because I wanted a sleeveless tank that I could wear without being too revealing, particularly for some of my high-impact classes where i'm doing burpees and stuff; don't want to be showing off too much while also needing to have freedom of movement with my arms, so I went with this one. So, when I got this, I was SO surprised by the quality of the material that was so luxuriously soft and breathable while also looking like an actual nice shirt? It was a heatwave, and I needed to wear something that I could bike to work in that I could theoretically sweat in, and this fit the bill perfectly. I ended up pairing it with some wide-leg pants to give a very breathable but still put-together feel and it was insane; i felt like i was in workout clothes and looked like i was in work attire. I have the tan color (I have been in my 'nudes' era for sure) and it fit perfectly in my wardrobe. Anyways, the comfort alone was already a great selling point, and the quality of the fabric was so good I want to get another few tops just so that I can have them on rotation. Impossibly soft is definitely right, length is perfect (not too long, not too short, so makes it more versatile), and the cut doesn't make my shoulders look incredibly bulky which does tend to happen with me (I am, unfortunately, quite broad-shouldered, which is why I generally hesitate with muscle-tank styles)
