Nike Quest 7

Great shoe for the price! Was surprised at the level of cushion I felt at the heel/ankle. Despite it looking bulky, it’s actually very light. The upper mesh material is very breathable but doesn’t have structure or protection, which is okay as long as you don’t drop anything on your foot. This shoe is probably best for short runs, an active rest day, or even for athleisure fits. The design is clean but not meant to be a statement piece. Would recommend for a reliable warm up shoe for the gym and to change into when running errands after.

Who’s ready for a good running shoe? I definitely am, with the Nike Quest 7. From the nice thick sole, to the breathable mesh, this shoe has come to run. Overall, this is a nice starter for runners, especially getting in the low miles, but not sure how much it will be able to endure. The sole is thick and nice, like a cloud, but will definitely run low if you don’t rotate them out. Most of the comfort is towards the outer foot portion, will definitely need to add to the arch of your foot, this will wear out and become uneven. I’ll say this is a good starter shoe to build up on.

The Nike Quest 7 Road Running shoes are one of the most comfortable running shoes I have ever very worn. I mostly walk over 2 miles a day and I feel like I could walk all day in these. I also love the lightweight feel. Even though the soles are thick and cushioned, they do not feel clunky at all or weigh me down. My feet are a little wide and many shoes feel tight across the ball of my foot, but the extra room in that part of the shoes removes that issue for me. In terms of design, I think they look pretty sleek and I like the white color way with the reflective accents. They feel like a classic look and the chunky sole and accents give some funkier style. The breathable fabric also keeps my feet cool when I am walking. The only thing I would change would be to offer more exciting colorways. I tend to go for brighter colors that really catch your eye when selecting shoes and there are not a lot of options for this shoe. Overall, I would absolutely recommend these shoes on the comfort factor alone.
