When you shop Nike online, either in the Nike App or on Nike.com, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with the original tags and packaging intact.

• Return delivery is free for Nike Members.
• Guests will have a $9.95 return delivery fee deducted from their refund.
• We'll cover the return delivery fees for any faulty or damaged items.

• Unless the item is faulty or damaged, these items are not eligible to return:
  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered
  • Items without the original tags or original packaging
  • Items without a proof of purchase
  • Items delivered more than 30 days ago
  • Items listed as final sale or not returnable
• Nike x LEGO® brick sets must be sealed and unopened to return them.
• Nike App and Nike.com purchases cannot be returned to Nike stores.
• If you purchased at a Nike retail store, you'll need to return the purchase to the store. Please note that our store returns policies may vary—please contact the store directly if you have questions about their policies.
• If you purchased Nike items at another retailer, you'll need to return the purchase to that retailer.
• Please see our Terms of Sale for more information on our returns policy, including a full list of non-returnable items and exclusions. This does not affect your statutory rights, including under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not excluded.
