ナイキ ボメロ 18 SE

I got these primarily for casual (work) wear because I needed the 10mm offset for a nagging Achilles. They are perfect for that! Soft enough for all-day wear and quiet with great grip. The upper fits like a slipper. The “SE” colors are beautiful and will match every color of scrubs I ever wear. I went with my usual Nike running shoe size and am glad I did because the toe box isn’t very wide. For running, I would say these are best suited for very easy days or for heel striking runners. I found them to be very smooth and comfortable but not super exciting or responsive at faster paces. I strike towards the front more than the heel, and didn’t make much use of the lovely heel cush unless descending. I did run 10 miles out of the box though, which a testament to just how comfortable and easy this shoe is.

These shoes have a great cushion. As a runner recovering from a knee injury, these have given me the support I need getting back to road running. The stack height does not feel as high as it is- as someone who has tried a competitor with a chunky sole (you know the one), these are far superior and do not give me the awkward blisters that other brands gave. They run true to size. My only criticism is that I don’t love the spacing of the laces- but they’re just fine.

Shoes are beautiful but I wore them for one day and the back of the shoe ripped open!
