This shoe is like having the most technologically advanced new piece of equipment! It is designed to use the ground the way Rory and Tiger do. All top golfers have minimum use of their arms and hands and use the ground to propel the club. This is what the Air Rev creates. The plate in the right heel and the airbag on the outside of the right foot are specifically positioned for the golfer to feel loading into the right heel and pushing off the airbag. If you don’t believe this, find a YouTube of Rory or Tiger’s swing and look how far they move their lower body while the arms stay in the back swing position. The Air Rev will only become more popular, not because it is “cool“, but because it is a great piece of innovative equipment. Darren May, the designer of the shoe, is brilliant.

Amazing shoe! I get through the ball better than my prior shoes. Very light but stable and supportive where it needs to be. Can feel extra loaded when that heel plate is pressed. A true golf shoe. The only thing I wish is that it was a pull strap like the tour premieres and was a little tighter when you first put your foot in the shoe. Regarding the spikes as in prior comments these spikes are huge compared to the replaceable ones I’m sure that is why they could not do replaceable
