ジムへ行く時に利用していました。履き慣れるまではふくらはぎに負荷を感じるかもしれません。 日々の生活では「歩きやすいな」くらいでこの素晴らしさをさほど実感していませんでしたが旅行へ履いていき、毎日12キロほど歩きましたが、全く足に負担がなく疲れもありません。 かなりの驚きを感じています。 オススメします！ 通常は23.5cmですが、NIKEショップで試着した際に「23でいけると思います」とのアドバイスをうけ23cmを履いています。

とにかく履きやすいし、脚が疲れません。 最初、少し重いかな？とも思いましたが、履いて歩いてみると、その重さが逆に、安定感を感じます。

アウトレットで買った白黒のココが、大変歩きやすくて気に入ったので別色を検討。 サンドベージュとクリームで迷ったけど、落ち着いてる色のほうが使いやすいかなと思ってクリームをこちらで購入しました。 ちょうどセールでお得になっていたし、すぐ届いたし、色味も暗すぎず白すぎず、とてもよかったです。 22.5cmで22をどちらも購入しています。 スニーカーは普段23cmです。 個体差なのか新品だからなのか、ちょっときつく感じました。 足になじんでちょっと余裕ができてくれるといいんだけど…。 結局長距離歩く日はもともと持っていた白黒を履いているけど、普段の生活の範囲なら気にならないので、クリームもいっぱい履いていきます。 2万歩超歩いても足は痛くならなかったので(腰やふくらはぎはもちろん疲労する)、とてもおすすめです。
