Unfortunately, this shirt really disappointed me. I wore it during a run, and it became incredibly heavy from the sweat. I wouldn't recommend it for intense workouts or races.

It can be worn alone for chillier days or under a jacket when the temperatures really drop. The material is nice and soft, but the fit is a bit awkward.
