Nike Training  ## Miért van az, hogy ha megadjuk a gyerekeknek a választás lehetőségét, jobban be tudjuk vonni őket a sportba? *Keresed a módját, hogy mozgásra motiváld a gyerekeket? Ebben a cikkben az edzői hozzáállás hat alapszabályának egyikéről, a közreműködésről olvashatsz. A lényege, hogy a gyerekeknek legyenen beleszólása, és magabiztosan tudjanak döntést hozni.* Amikor sok szabadidejük van, a gyerekek könnyen beleragadnak az ücsörgésbe. Ezért a Nike „Made to Play” elnevezésű, gyerekeket mozgásra ösztönző programjának legjobb elemeit kiragadva elhozzuk nektek az edzői hozzáállás hat alapszabályát. Ebben a cikkben Chaima, a Fundació Barça projekt egyik oktatója osztja meg velünk a tippjeit azzal kapcsolatban, hogyan vegyük rá a gyerekeket, hogy otthon is sportoljanak.  ## A gyerekeké a döntés Kezdheted azzal, hogy a gyerekek tudomására hozod, hogy fontos a véleményük. Chaima szerint „a Barça alapítványnál minden fiúnak és lánynak megvan a beleszólási joga a beszélgetésekbe és a játékokba. Engedd meg nekik, hogy ők irányíthassanak, és javasolhassanak különböző játékokat és kihívásokat.” Rendszeres közreműködésük révén a gyerekek megtanulnak kezdeményezni. „Fontos, hogy a gyerekek érezzék, ők az urai saját döntéseiknek” – mondja Chaima.
