The best, my go to pants for long runs and gym, bought another pair, now have four pair. Love the big phone pockets that hold my phone with no movement, there’s also the extra pocket room in the back of the band to store keys one end and some energy chews the other. I’m 5’1” and the XS fits great at 48kg, I had bought the S when I was 54/55kg and they fitted great but became a bit loose on my legs as I lost weighr so sized down. The best!
